About Mr. Breton
Ross Breton is an industry veteran. Mr. Breton spent 25 years as a VP for Airtron, which at the time was the largest new construction residential and light commercial HVAC contractor in the nation. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Mr. Breton also holds a TDLR HVAC license. For the customer, Mr. Breton is passionate about finding the intersection of giving the customer what they want and need and providing people with facts so that they can make an informed decision. Mr Breton has a number of roles at the company, including Vice-President and minority owner/partner. He assists the company with smart growth while providing superior service to the niche market of high-end homes in West Houston. When he is not working, Ross enjoys golf, swimming, travel, bowling, reading, and NFL football. He is President of Four Points Pop Warner Football and Cheer, the Vice-President of Education and Workforce Development for the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, the Perennial Parade of Homes Chairman for the HBA and a Volunteer at Skillpoint Alliance. Mr. Breton has four children, all adults, and is passionate about coaching youth sports for what it does for kids. He runs a program where military veterans are hosted and honored at Vandegrift High School home football games. Mr. Breton has a great passion for getting young people into the construction trades as a career. His favorite quote is: “Life is what you make of it, nothing more, nothing less” from the book: “The Pigman”, by Paul Zindel.
About Mr. Hart
Bryan Hart is the project manager at High Performance Home Systems. Mr. Hart holds an HVAC degree from Vernon College and is a licensed A/C contractor. Mr. Hart has over six years of experience with HVAC installation and service, and is driven by his dedication to work and family. At High Performance Home Systems, Bryan found a great group of people and fantastic environment to work in, despite the heat. When he is not working, he enjoys playing music, being outdoors, and fishing. Bryan is a huge baseball fan and sports nut in general. When not on the job, Mr. Hart enjoys hanging out with his family: his wife, Dr. Jessi Hart, and their son Ender.
About Mr. Newell
Josh Newell is a graduate of Cypress Woods High School and works as an assistant technician for High Performance Home Systems. Mr. Newell’s experience includes a stint at Perfection, a fireplace company, where he learned the about the new home construction industry. While there, Mr. Newell worked in appliance preparation and in part creation. Mr. Newell also worked as an outdoor tour guide and gained vital people skills through that work experience. Mr. Newell likes to see a job through to completion, and enjoys thinking outside of the box to deal with challenges that appear and to provide excellence in customer service at every job. The aspect of the job that Josh likes the most is that every day there is something new to learn in an either a big or small way in the construction industry; Nothing is ever exactly the same as previous jobs forcing creativity, and he enjoys working as part of a small, tight-knit crew of amazing and interesting people. In his free time, Josh enjoys reading and spending time socializing with his family and friends, along with occasional travel on the weekends. Josh’s favorite author is Brandon Sanderson and has read every one his books and although he no longer plays, really enjoys Hockey.

About Mr. Silvas
Mr. Silvas is a graduate of Cypress Creek High School and Lonestar College where he studied HVAC systems. Mr. Silvas holds both a Home Comfort Specialist certification and North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification. Mr. Silvas started his career in a family owned company as a warehouse assistant. After getting familiar with HVAC components, Mr. Silvas gradually started taking manufacture training for troubleshooting and installation. Mr Silvas started installing duct systems per manufacture and application standards concerning new construction production builders and retro-fitting on remodels and taking continuous education led Mr. Silvas into being a service technician that can service equipment of all brands. Mr. Silvas has attained multiple certifications along the way. Anthony is currently working in project management with High Performance Home Systems.
